our marriage is a match simply made in heaven, a love so amazing and forever growing, something deep, intimate and special. our marriage is ours, a gift from God a relationship we constantly work on, endlessly giving it our all not just for each other but because we know God has a plan for us... together, as husband and wife.one of those plans were children, clearly. =)
and we knew it. somehow at some point we knew children were going to be a part of this journey and i can still remember when we 'decided' to allow God to bring children into our life {obviously you have to be ready for whatever package He delivers things in...right}
i am so grateful for a husband who has always been on our team for our family. together we learn, grown, build, fail, rebuild and stand strong. we know where we came from, we know Who is in charge of our hearts and our lives, therefore, we can stand strong and tall together as we allow Him to guide us on our journey, together, as a family.

i tell Faith often she is the reason I know God's plan for my journey. i tell her often that the moment she was born and i was over come with this unbelievable amount of love, i knew God had made me to be a mom. i knew at that moment it wasn't just 'the next step' or 'stage' in our marriage, but rather something He especially crafted and created me for. i tell her this often so she can always remember how very special she is to me, in my heart, always. Faith is full of compassion, kindness, consideration, love and pure, pure innocence. she has taken the roll as big {and now, biggest} sister very seriously, and the efforts of her hard work are greatly reflected in the loving relationship she has already founded with Isabelle.
i am grateful for these big sisters. I am amazed at how they love each other, teach each other, care for each other and constantly bug each other. it is perfectly crazy. sometimes they can play so perfectly, sometimes separate rooms are required. i absolutely love watching their relationship grow. i admit i have no real plan on how to parent siblings, seeing i did not have them myself, but i cannot wait to learn as we go.they are & will continue to be amazing Big sisters. Madeleine & Luke are lucky to have awesome sisters. I am looking forward to see how God is going to lead me to manage and care for these kids. In our family we don't just survive, we thrive ;) so it is certain to be an amazing ride.
Amen, i tell you, amen. God is GOOD!
