Miss Isabelle is 2 months old... or 2 months and 2 days, today. :) I would have posted on Wednesday but we have had one super busy house, baking, decorating, cleaning, scrapbooking, framing, hanging and all in preparation for this weekend's events. We have Isabelle's Godmother, Siobhan staying with her youngest boy, George who is about 7 1/2 months old, and Auntie Cody who is traveling up from Houston for the celebrations. We are all so very excited to celebrate Isabelle's baptism.
She had a fabulous trip to the doctor today. She was talking(cooing) like crazy all the way up to when they gave her the shots. I guess she had a story to tell. :) Faith was the best big sister, telling her it was going to be okay and helping the doctor check all her fingers and toes. Our pediatrician is a wonderful man and it was so sweet to see how he let Faith help today.
Isabelle weight 14 pounds 1 ounce, and was a little over 24 inches long. All in all, a little lighter and a shy shorter than big sister Faith, but nevertheless, off the charts. Actually, today a mom in the waiting room though Faith was 4, nope, not yet, but Faith was as tall as her 4 yr old son.
