here is to catching up on our life, post-june birthdays & anniversaries

our anniversary

....was WONDERFUL. David gets to choose dinner every year, surprising me with somewhere fabulous that always has a great menu & amazing food. We are defiantly trying to navigate all the amazing places Dallas has to offer. This year, it was dinner at Nana's with Isabelle who slept soundly through 5 of the 7 courses, & nursed for the final 2, plus we were surprised with an entire dessert tray to which we happily cleared off... thank you David for 5 fabulous years... & it was a sort of reverse anniversary, he got Burberry cuff links (funny story how his Tiffany cuffs from our wedding are missing, still, since the honeymoon) and a Burberry tie... I got a big girl camera... now I have been practicing and so very excited, & trust me, this camera will get well used in the months to come.

our house

...Faith is in love with Greek yogurt & sports a fabulous summer/morning hair look...she also does not depart our house without Jessie, Woody, Bullseye & Alien Guy. Buzz is in a box, waiting to be opened when Faith can sleep in her big girl bed all night for 5 nights in a row... hmmmm, ya, we hope it works out too, but if not, maybe he will become a collectors item

...Isabelle has been in love with her rice cereal & foods (peas,carrots,pears,prunes,etc) it all goes in and down & when I am not looking, it goes, well everywhere

...Isabelle is scooting, backward for sure, but now she is up on those knees rocking... oh no, we are in for a mover sooner than later

...yes, that is space under that belly ... go baby go

most recently, Isabelle got her ears pierced!!!! yay :) we did this with Faith when she was 6 months old so we talked to our pediatrician & did some fancy research on a good place with lots of infant experience... LaLobe performed fabulously
